Laravel Eloquent whereYear() Query Example

Hi Guys,

In this example,I will learn you how to use whereYear query in laravel.you can easy and simply use whereYear query in laravel.

The whereYear method may be used to compare a column's value against a specifice date.you can see bellow example how it is work.

Example 1:

/**
* The attributes that are mass assignable.

*/
public function index()
{
    $users = User::whereYear('created_at', '=', '2020')
                ->get();
    dd($users);
    
}

Example 2:

/**
* The attributes that are mass assignable.
*
* @var array
*/
public function index()
{
    $users = User::whereYear('created_at', '>=', '2020')
                ->get();
    dd($users);
    
}

Example 3:
